Frequently Asked Questions

EVENT DETAILS

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP through the “RSVP” link above no later than Friday, May 16th.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at Tribeca Rooftop at 6:00 PM to allow sufficient time to get up to the rooftop and find your seat before the ceremony! For those traveling from outside of Manhattan, please account for traffic on summer Fridays :)

What is the dress code for your wedding?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The dress code is black tie preferred. Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length or tea-length gowns (bright colors are fine!), and men are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit and tie. See here for some inspiration.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the venue’s rooftop, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors, but guests will have access to the rooftop throughout the evening.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are named on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed to attend?

Though we are too obsessed with all of your little ones (and would probably spend the entire night hanging with them), we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate! The hotel after party will be a cash bar.

TRAVEL

Should I renew my passport?

For guests coming from outside of the US, please make sure your passport is valid through December 2025. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before departing for international travel.

What is the closest airport?

All three airports (EWR, LGA, and JFK) are within 30 minutes to an hour car or train ride to Manhattan. Newark is the closest to Tribeca.

Uber now offers a low-cost shuttle from LGA and JFK to midtown Manhattan, and both Port Authority and Penn Station stops have direct subway access on the 1/2/3 or A/C/E trains to Tribeca. Find more information here.

Is there a hotel room block reserved?

Yes! We currently have room blocks reserved at the Roxy Hotel, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sheraton Tribeca.

Please see the “Travel & Stay” tab for information on booking. A select number of rooms have also been reserved at each of these hotels for guests planning to stay in New York through Sunday. Feel free to reach out to Nate and Tori directly with any questions.

What is the easiest way to get to the venue?

We have arranged for transportation on a classic NYC double decker bus! The bus will be picking up guests promptly at 5:45 PM outside the Roxy Hotel.

If arranging your own transportation, each of the suggested hotels are a short Uber or Lyft drive to Tribeca Rooftop or are also within walking distance.

Is there parking available near the venue?

There is limited street parking in the Tribeca neighborhood (including outside of the venue on Desbrosses Street), and parking restrictions end at 6pm.

The closest parking garages are down the street from the venue: Icon Parking at 450 Washington Street and at 416 Washington Street. The next closest is the Edison ParkFast at 272 Spring Street. Spots at these garages can be reserved in advance at significantly lower rates on the SpotHero app (use FIRSTSPOT10 for 10% off).
